Enter Your Discount Code: On the right-hand side of the checkout page, you'll see a field labeled "Discount code" this is where you'll need to enter your discount code.

Apply the Discount: Type or paste your discount code into the field. Double-check the code to ensure it's entered correctly then click the "Apply" button.

Here are some steps and tips to help you troubleshoot the issue:

Double-Check the Code: Make sure you've entered the discount code correctly.

Review Code Details: Check the terms and conditions associated with the discount code. Some codes may have specific requirements such as a minimum purchase amount or products from a particular category.

Cart Items: Ensure that the items in your cart align with the requirements of the discount code. If the code is only valid for certain products, make sure your cart contains those items.

Browser or Device: Sometimes, issues can arise due to browser cache or device settings. Try using a different browser or device to apply the code.

Expiration Date: Verify that the discount code is still within its valid period. Expired codes won't be accepted.

Newsletter Codes: If the discount code was sent via our newsletter, ensure that you're using the same email address that is subscribed to our newsletter.

Remove Previous Code: If you've tried applying a different code earlier, make sure to remove it from the code field before entering the new one.

Single-Use Codes: If the code is a one-time-use code and you've attempted to use it previously, it might no longer be valid.

Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been processed, we're unable to apply a discount code after the order has been confirmed.

Why? Our system is designed to process orders quickly and efficiently. This means that once you've completed the checkout process, your order is already in motion for processing. At this stage, our system locks in the details of your purchase, including the pricing, to ensure a smooth fulfillment process.

Don't worry, depending on the terms and conditions of the discount code, you'll be able to redeem it on your upcoming order.

Only one discount code is valid, and cannot be applied in conjunction with any other offer/discount codes.

 Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the
competition ("Competition") run by Geckota LTD, trading as WatchGecko
("the Company").

1.2 By entering the Competition, participants
agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. How to Enter

2.1 The Competition is open to all users
worldwide who comment on any article on our magazine website during the
Competition Period (as defined below).

2.2 Participants can enter the Competition by
commenting on any article published on our website. Each comment counts as one
entry. Participants can submit up to 20 comments per month, resulting in a
maximum of 20 entries.

2.3 To be eligible, each comment must include
the participant's valid email address.

3. Competition Period

3.1 The Competition runs on a monthly basis.
Each Competition period begins at 00:00 on the 1st day of the month and ends at
23:59 on the last day of the month.

3.2 A new Competition period starts on the 1st
day of each month and ends on the last day of each month.

4. Eligibility

4.1 The Competition is open to all customers
worldwide who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

4.2 Employees of the Company, their immediate
family members, and anyone else professionally connected with the Competition
are not eligible to enter.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1 One winner will be drawn at random from
all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

5.2 The draw will take place within the first
five business days of the following month.

5.3 The winner will be notified via the email
address provided in their comments within five business days of the draw date.

5.4 If the winner does not respond within 14
days of the notification email, the Company reserves the right to select an
alternative winner.

6. Prize

6.1 The prize for the Competition is a £100
WatchGecko gift card.

6.2 The prize will be delivered electronically
to the email address provided by the winner.

6.3 The prize is non-transferable,
non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Participants' personal data will be
processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.watchgecko.com/pages/privacy-policy

7.2 By entering the Competition, participants
consent to the use of their personal data for the purpose of administering the
Competition.

8. General

8.1 The Company reserves the right to amend
these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter, or amend the Competition at any
stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of
its control.

8.2 The Company reserves the right to withdraw
the Competition at any time without notice. In such cases, no compensation will
be provided to participants who have already entered.

8.3 The Company’s decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.

8.4 The Competition and these terms and
conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8.5 By entering the Competition, participants
agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
