We've been selling online for over a decade, and we have great relationships with our delivery partners, and we only use the best of the best.

So be assured that your delivery is in good hands, but if there is an issue, please don't worry, we will handle it.

How much is delivery and do you ship to my country?

What is delivery duty paid (DDP)?

This means that all taxes and import charges associated with your order will be organised and paid for by us. We want your experience shopping with us to be as stress-free as possible.

Where is my order being sent from?

We have selling online and shipping internationally for over a decade (Established 2010). All of our orders are sent from our headquarters in England.

Will I need to pay for additional customs & import fees?

No, to avoid any additional charges or delays, all shipments are sent with any customs and import fees paid

How do I track my order?

Yes, log into your account through the online store, and check the fulfilment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click on the order information and you can find your tracking number.

No, as soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation message, you will then be able to track your order through the tracking link.

How quickly will you send my order?

After you have placed your order, our team will carefully pack your order and send it out the next *working day.

My order hasn’t arrived?

If you’re still waiting for your order to arrive there are a few things you can check:

UK Delivery date– Orders sent within the UK normally take 1-2 working days to arrive after the shipping date. Sometimes they can take a little longer, so we do ask customers to allow up to 10 working days as Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until this time, see the following link Royal Mail’s policy for loss.

International delivery date– orders can take between 7-21 days and sometimes there can be a delay in customs, so you may find you will need to wait a few more days.

Delivery address– Have you entered your delivery address correctly? It’s always worth double-checking the address you entered was correct.

Check with your neighbours– Please ask your neighbours to see if they have your order as it may have been delivered to the incorrect address.

Deliveries to apartment blocks or offices– The delivery address is located in an apartment block or office, it may be worth checking at reception or similarly, with neighbours or colleagues

    We have been a carbon neutral business since 2020 as we offset the
    same amount of greenhouse emissions we produce. Over the years we have
    reduced our carbon footprint, switched to renewable electricity and
    offset what we cannot yet reduce by investing in a range of carbon
    offsetting projects.
