Management Roles

Operations Manager - This position is based at our Tewkesbury Headquarters and the role supports the Managing Director with the day to day running of the business as well as in involvement with strategic decisions and managing the team.

HR Manager - This position is based at our Tewkesbury Headquarters and supports the Managing Director and Team Leaders with HR matters.

Finance Manager - This position is based at our Tewkesbury Headquarters and you will support the Managing Director and Accounts Administrator.

Creative Team Roles

Creative Team Leader - This position is based at our Tewkesbury Headquarters and you will lead and support the creative team. You have a clear vision for creative output and will work closely with the Editor-in-Chief who is responsible for our written content.

Editor In Chief - You will have full oversight of all of our written content. You will manage a small team of writers and contributors and will work collaboratively with other members of he creative team. This role requires strong commercial awareness as well as high attention to detail. Internal and external relationships are important here too, so you will be well organised and have great communication skills.

Photographer - This is a full or part-time position based at our Tewkesbury Headquarters. You will be an integral part of the creative team where you are responsible for top quality photographs featuring our wide range of products. Suitable applicants for this position will be expected to bring previous experience of still life and e-commerce photography to the role.

We are looking for hard working, organised and creative individuals who also have strong attention to detail.

Freelance Photographer - If you are interested in watches and are a keen photographer then this could be the opportunity for you. This role can be a performed remotely and is offered on a freelance basis.

Videographer - This position is based at our Tewkesbury Headquarters and is a key role within the creative team. You will be capable of producing a wide range of videos and will also manage our YouTube channels. You will also supply videos that can also be used on other social media platforms.

At times you will working be alone but will also need to maintain strong relationships with other members of the creative team. Requirements and priorities often change so you will need to be comfortable producing a range of videos at short notice.

This is a full on and full time role that requires enthusiasm and attention to detail.

Operational Team Roles

Operations Team Leader - This position is based at our Tewkesbury Headquarters and you will be responsible for managing several members of staff.

Your team is responsible for Accounts, Purchasing and Brand Management. You will lead and support the team while monitoring and maintaining performance.

Accounts Administrator - You will work with our Accounts Manager and external accounting company to prepare accurate and timely management accounts. You will be familiar with products such as Xero and Dext and will be responsible for collating and entering data.

Purchasing - This is a key role and you will ensure that we maintain suitable stocks of our best selling products. It doesn't have to be all about spreadsheets though as you will also have an opportunity to be involved with the development of new products.

Product Manager - You will manage and develop a range of products. You will be results focussed and keen to monitor your own performance. A keen interest and understanding of e-commerce is essential and you will often report to the Managing Director.

E-commerce Marketing Admin - You will be responsible for the successful day to day operation of one or more of our e-commerce brands. This is a fantastic role for anyone with a marketing qualification and background. You will enjoy tasks such as creating and optimising email newsletter campaigns and monitoring the performance of product listing pages. You will be a strong team player and will work alongside a product manager.

Brand Relationship Manager - This role involves working with brands to produce limited edition watches and accessories. To succeed in this role you will have great communication skills and will relish the opportunity to collaborate with external brands. You will have previous experience working in a commercial environment and an interest in watches and fashion is desirable.

Product Design - You will work on the designs of our own brand products. This position could be combined with the relationship role where there would be additional involvement with other brands as well.

Online Magazine Team Member - Based a our Tewkesbury headquarters, the successful applicant for this position will spend time writing articles about watches as well as hosting YouTube shows and podcasts. You will be keen to interview key people from within the watch industry and some travel is also to be expected.

As part of this role you will also be keen to research content ideas as well as represent the brand at trade shows and events.

Order Processing Team Roles

Order Processing Team Leader - Based a our Tewkesbury headquarters, you will lead and support the team and monitor performance. The team leader also has responsibility for managing and organising the thousands of items in our stock room, ensuring orders are correctly packed, as well as maintaining customer service.

This role requires you to be hardworking and flexible. Some days are busier than others and while it may look like it from the outside, no two days are the same.

Order Processing Team Member - You will be responsible for the careful and timely packing of customer orders. In this role you will be on your feet most of the time so you will need to be fit and healthy. You will be working individually and as part of a team so good communications skills are essential.

This is a full or part-time role.

Quality Control and Watch Repair - You will be repairing and quality checking watches and other products when they arrive at our facility. You will keep a neat and organised stock room where watches and other high value items are stored.

Customer Service Advisor - You will answer customer enquiries via email and telephone. You will need to have good product knowledge and customer service skills. You will also be involved with product listing maintenance and e-commerce marketing.
