Following feedback from our customers, we have recently made some improvements to the way we ship items to Italy. This is due to an increasing number of delays and lost items reported to us by customers in Italy when we have shipped using standard airmail.

We have listened to your feedback and after evaluating various options we have partnered with UPS to provide a fully tracked and very fast delivery service, normally within 1-2 working days from receipt of your despatch email confirmation.

With this service, you can take advantage of some fantastic inflight benefits.

  • Uniformed UPS trained drivers

For orders under £100 (€110*) there is a small delivery charge of £19.99 (€20.99*). For any orders over this amount, good news! Your delivery is on us, it's absolutely FREE!

*These are approximate Euro costs as the currency rate may fluctuate. We are working to improve this, but at the moment the actual price you pay may be slightly different as the order will be processed in British Pounds. We realize that this is not ideal and we're working to resolve this for you in the next few months.


We offer an exchange rate selector and this will give you a very close figure of the cost of your order in Euro's. Our products are priced in British pounds (GBP), but you can pay in Euro's at the exchange rate set by either PayPal or your bank card provider.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you feel that the item you have purchased is not suitable, please contact us within 14 days (this has now been extended to 90 days during the COVID-19 pandemic) and our team will give you instructions on how to return your item to the following address:
