The Vintage Cavallo strap uses handmade horse leather that has been vegetable-tanned with leaves and olive tree bark, achieving a beautiful and supple grain that feels very comfortable on the wrist. The tanning process also gives this strap the durability to last, developing a pattern as it ages.
Each Vintage Cavallo leather watch strap is a unique and timeless piece that has been meticulously crafted by hand at a family-run workshop in Oostende, Belgium. Their experienced craftsmen dedicate a great deal of time to creating each watch strap, never compromising on quality and always striving to offer the best possible leathers.

- Top quality watch strap produced using the finest Horse leather with an incredibly supple texture.
- Available in various lug widths to fit most watches.
- A durable and long-lasting strap, handmade in Belgium by experienced and passionate artisans.
The handstitched edge of the Vintage Cavallo strap has been expertly executed using contrasting thread and hand-painted with a colour stain to match the leather. This watch strap is available in several lug widths, tapering by 2-4mm at the buckle depending on the size, and features a robust stainless-steel buckle with a highly polished finish.
About Horse Leather
This watch strap is handcrafted in LIC's workshop in Belgium using high-quality horse leather. The leather, tanned naturally with olive tree barks, leaves, and fruit, has a waxy, open-pore finish and a subtle grain, making it both supple and durable. Horsehide is well-known for its exceptional strength, durability, and water resistance, making it ideal for outdoor activities and appreciated for its distinctive texture and long-lasting quality. Our Handmade Leather Cavallo straps are stylish and can withstand everyday wear. Over time, the leather develops a unique patina, enhancing its appearance.
