Antarctic Glacier Vintage Edition
Inspired by the extraordinary discovery of the Antarctic Glacier Vintage Edition, this 38mm model continues the story. It captures the spirit of the original dials found in Cenic Watches, blending vintage design, modern reliability, and timeless Nivada Grenchen heritage.
New Antarctic Glacier 38mm
The Antarctic Glacier 38mm captures the luminous elegance of ice and the enduring legacy of Nivada Grenchen’s Antarctic series. Its vertically brushed silver dial, accentuated by an anthracite ring and applied indexes, evokes depth and movement.
Powered by the Swiss automatic Soprod P024 caliber with 38 hours of power reserve, it merges vintage-inspired design with contemporary reliability. The embossed caseback proudly features the penguin medallion, symbolizing the connection to the first U.S. expeditions in Antarctica. Offered with various strap options, it’s a refined tribute to exploration and resilience.

About Nivada Grenchen
Founded in 1926 in Grenchen, Switzerland, Nivada Grenchen built its reputation on robust tool watches designed for adventure. The brand became particularly renowned in the 1950s and 1960s, producing versatile, purpose driven timepieces such as the Chronomaster Aviator Sea Diver, the Antarctic, and the Depthmaster. These watches combined technical capability with distinctive mid century styling, earning a loyal following among pilots, divers, and explorers. After a period of dormancy, Nivada Grenchen was successfully revived, reintroducing faithful reissues that capture the spirit of its heritage while appealing to modern enthusiasts seeking vintage character with contemporary reliability.
