Celebrate the moon landing in style with a new art piece for the man cave…

As we all know 2019 marks the 50th anniversary of the moon landing. We also all know that the Omega Speedmaster was the watch of choice that came along for the ride way back in ‘69.

So what better way to commemorate this 50th birthday than with a unique piece of artwork to proudly hang on the wall?

Whether it be for your man cave at home or your office space at work, you need to know about the latest additions to the UCHI Horology Series from UCHI.

Moonwatch by UCHI.

First up is the ‘Moonwatch’. This print keeps things simple yet super effective. The Speedmaster reference 145.012 with tachymeter is the main focal point of the artwork. However a subtle addition of the surface of the moon and a lighting effect that looks to replicate the domed crystal gives a different dynamic to it. Finally, to really add contrast UCHI have gone for a simple all-black background to really make that dial jump out at you.

Apollo XI Moon Landing by UCHI.

Next is the 'Apollo XI Moon Landing' piece. This print has real depth to it with the Speedmaster reference 145.012 dominating the centre. Then the subtly included surface of the moon has begun to take over the watches dial. Stepping away further we then get presented with the milky way, the perfect backdrop. The geometrical shapes in red and yellow lightly sit on top. Finally, throw in the text matching the curve of the dial and you’re left with a genuinely unique print.

If you missed out on the limited edition Speedmaster's this year that were created this is a fantastic way of remembering this important birthday.
