The NTH Sub range are tributes to some of the most classic dive watches ever made. These dive watches combine classic vintage aesthetics with contemporary specifications.
With its snowflake hour hand and square markers, the NTH Näcken takes its inspiration from the iconic Tudor "snowflake" submariners. The matte blue dial is very reminiscent of these classic vintage dive watches, as well as the current Tudor Pelagos.
The 40mm steel case is just 11.5mm thick, which is exceptionally thin for a dive watch offering 300m water resistance. Naturally the watch has a double-domed, anti-reflective sapphire crystal, and boasts a healthy application of C3 Super-LumiNova.
The 120-click unidirectional bezel uses a steel insert to ensure longevity. Whereas ceramic can crack on impact, and aluminium is vulnerable to scratches, the steel will be able to stand up to knocks and scrapes better than either material.
The watch uses an automatic Miyota 9015 (with date) or 90S5 (no date) movement. This 24 jewel movement beats at 28,800 bph and has a 42-hour power reserve. The movements in NTH Subs are regulated to within -5/+15 seconds per day.
