Confirmation of the way that VAT, exchange rates and import duties affect our prices. All buyers will pay the same price regardless of their location...
All orders placed on this website are sent out from our offices here in the UK, all items shown as in stock are here in the UK and no items are drop shipped. Our products are priced in British pounds, but you can pay in another currency at the current exchange rate. VAT is included for customers in the UK and import taxes are also included for most of our international customers.
For international customers, and import tax and duty for your order is paid by us for buyers in the UK, USA, European Union, Australia and Canada. Orders that are sent outside of these areas do not have taxes paid and so customers there may be liable for additional import taxes and customs duties. Please be aware of this before placing your order as these taxes are to be paid by the recipient of the goods on delivery. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee in the case of items being returned to us by the delivery company.
No additional tax will be added or subtracted at the checkout for any purchases. So for the majority of our customers, the price you see is the price you pay. This allows us to offer the same low prices to all buyers regardless of location.

We ship to the following countries EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and Sweden.

I'm interested in a Laco watch but since I'm on Italy I need to pay import duties or other ?
Thanks

We're VAT registered in Italy, so you should not have to pay that upon import. I hope this helps clarify things!
I'd like to order some NATO straps but I'm wondering if you are VAT registered in Belgium?
Thanks!
