Shipping & Delivery

All items are sent out as soon as possible, often the same day or the day following receipt of payment. All orders are sent out from the UK by Royal Mail or DHL. We ship to all parts of the world every day and we use Airmail or DHL Express for overseas deliveries. Shipping to the EU with the standard delivery option usually takes around 7 working days and customers in the rest of the world will usually receive their orders within 14 working days. The Express option is the recommended shipping option for overseas customers as this is usually a 1 or 2 day service and is fully tracked. We reserve the right to select the most suitable delivery method for your order so please contact us if you wish to use a specific delivery service.

Postage options are calculated automatically and are displayed at the checkout. We use different shipping zones to calculate the cost of shipping your order. The cost of shipping is also dependent on the value of the goods as all items are insured while in transit.

For UK customers lower value orders can be sent using Royal Mail "First Class / 24", higher value items are sent using Special Delivery, RM Tracked or DHL. Please note that postage costs will vary and the exact cost of postage will be confirmed at the checkout before payment is made. Non-UK customers lower value items can be sent using standard Airmail to many destinations (this will be confirmed at the checkout). Higher value orders are sent using Registered Airmail or DHL. Most EU countries served by the standard airmail service along with the USA, orders to other destinations will only be sent using the Registered Airmail service or DHL.

Please note that customers outside of the European Union may be liable for import taxes and customs duties. Please be aware of this before placing your order as these taxes and any associated administration fees are paid by the recipient of the goods. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee in the case of items being returned to us by the delivery company.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and we will only use the information that you provide lawfully, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The Act allows business to collect information for the purposes of advertising, marketing and public relations in connection with their own business activity and for their own accounts and records.

We only collect information about you to allow us process your order and provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you includes: Your Name, Your Address, Your Phone Number and Your Email Address.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be happy with your purchase and you are covered by the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If for any reason you feel that the item you have purchased is not suitable, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and return it, unused, for a full refund or exchange. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee in the case of items being returned to us outside of the specified delivery time. The regulations state that a retailer can make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.

Please note that the buyer pays for returning any goods unless they are faulty and as returns are sent entirely at the buyers risk, please obtain a proof of postage and insurance. Refunds and exchanges are processed following receipt of the returned item, please allow 5 working days for this. Please note that we will refund the basic delivery cost, however if you opted for enhanced service when you placed the order, the full cost of this may not be refunded.

You can pay online with your credit or debit card, or you can use your paypal account. All payments are handled securely and we do not store your card details. All payment pages of this website are displayed through a secure connection. Payment is required in advance for all orders. Only one promotional code can be used per order.

Competition Terms & Conditions

Competitions on this website are run and promoted by Geckota Limited of Basepoint, Oakfield Close, Tewkesbury, GL20 8SD, United Kingdom. All entrants must be over 18 and have placed an order on the "WatchGecko" website OR be subscribed to our email mailing list OR be following us on "Facebook" or "Instagram" a during the promotional period. No purchase is necessary. Employees and immediate family members cannot enter. Placing an order on the "WatchGecko" website during the promotional period will automatically enter you into the competition. You can use the contact us form on the website to opt out of the competition at any time. Competition winners will be notified and announced within two weeks of the competition end date. The winner will be selected at random and the prize has no cash alternative. Competitions and giveaways run on social media may run across several platforms (for example Instagram, Facebook, Twitter). Unless otherwise stated, there will be one winner, picked at random. Multiple entries will be accepted, limited to one entry per person per social media platform.
