There’s something quietly captivating about a watch that doesn’t shout for attention. Something in the way it holds itself, in the proportions, in the intent behind the design. That’s exactly what PALMOS ONE delivers: a watch born from purpose, not trend. It’s the debut piece from London-based brand PALMOS, a new name with a clear identity rooted in product design, Brutalist architecture, and a deep appreciation for fine watchmaking.
Founder Thanos Repanas describes PALMOS as a brand shaped by emotion as much as engineering. The name itself comes from the Greek word for heartbeat and pulse — a nod to both the mechanical rhythm of a movement and the emotional weight that time can carry. It’s a poetic touch, but there’s solid substance behind the sentiment.

The PALMOS ONE is Swiss-made, automatic, and inspired by the classic proportions of 1970s integrated sports watches. But it resists nostalgia. This is a modern interpretation, designed with restraint and purpose. The case is a wearable 40mm across and just 9.2mm thick, crafted from 316L stainless steel and coated with a scratch-resistant IP finish that adds depth without distraction. On the wrist, it feels solid but never heavy. The flat sapphire crystal is treated with five layers of anti-reflective coating, keeping the dial clear and crisp in any light.
That clarity defines the rest of the design too. PALMOS ONE comes in four galvanic dial colours — Jet Black, Classic Blue, Olive Green, and Steel Gray — each with a soft sunburst finish that plays gently with ambient light. Indices and hands follow suit with a balance of brushed and polished detailing, reflecting the case’s own interplay of finishes. It’s all clean, dimensional, and quietly expressive. There’s no clutter here, just the essentials.

In a category that still often splits design into his and hers — shrinking cases, adding sparkle — PALMOS takes a quieter, more thoughtful approach. The ONE was designed as a watch for anyone who values proportion, balance, and timeless style. Marketing makes no fuss about gender. The imagery speaks for itself: the watch looks equally at home on male and female wrists, without compromise or adaptation.

Powering the watch is the Soprod M100, a Swiss Top-grade calibre that’s earned its place alongside movements like the ETA 2892. Slim, precise, and designed for long-term serviceability, it’s a movement that matches the watch’s overall intent — built to last, and to be worn often.
The PALMOS ONE comes on a stainless steel bracelet shaped to suggest integration, yet designed to be fully swappable. It’s delivered with both an Epsom leather strap and a ribbed nylon option, giving owners a choice of textures and moods without compromising the design integrity.
Production is a trans-European affair: designed in London, assembled in a family-owned workshop in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, and backed by a robust after-sales setup. UK customers will also benefit from a local servicing partner based in Berkshire.
Pre-orders open on the 20th of June 2025, priced at £782. Early supporters and email subscribers will have access to a limited-time 40% discount, bringing the price down to £469. Deliveries are set to begin in autumn.
For those drawn to watches with thoughtful design, quiet confidence, and lasting quality, the PALMOS ONE is well worth a closer look. You can find out more at www.palmos-watches.com.
