Established since 2010, we are a UK based business situated in the beautiful Cotswold town of Tewkesbury.

The quality of our products and the service we provide is, and always has been our top priority. This page gives you the information that you need in relation to how your order will be sent out to you.

Delivery

Our hard-working despatch team ship hundreds of orders out every week, to places all around the UK, from our offices here in Tewkesbury. We try to keep things simple in relation to delivery and therefore we only currently have two options.

Standard Delivery

We use Royal Mail for standard UK deliveries and our packages are designed to go through a standard postbox. This service also comes with a delivery confirmation number and you can view the status here on Royal Mail's website once the item has been delivered.

Once we have sent out your despatch email notification we would normally expect Royal Mail to deliver your order after 3-5 working days, but please understand that it can occasionally take a little longer than this.

My order hasn't arrived? Sometimes Royal Mail can take a little longer than 3-5 working days so we do ask customers to allow up to 10 working days as Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until this time, see the following link Royal Mail's policy for loss. If you still haven't received your item please double-check the address you entered for your order is correct and contact our customer support team.

Express Tracked Delivery

If you want to get your order a bit quicker, and also want the benefit of full track and trace, we do have a fully tracked express delivery option for you. For this option we have partnered up with DPD, one of the UK's favourite delivery companies, and this shipping service opens up some fantastic in-flight delivery options.

  • You are in control and can choose your delivery date
  • Accurate estimated delivery time
  • Convenient options to rearrange the delivery
  • See where the package is with real time driver tracking
  • Neighbour delivery option
  • Access to over 2,500 DPD pickup shops

This service is available on any order for a small charge of £4.99 but for orders over £75 it's good news because this delivery option is on us, it's absolutely FREE!

Once we have sent out your despatch email notification the delivery time for this service is the next working day (please note this doesn't always include Saturday or Sunday).

Returns Policy

If for any reason you feel that the item you have purchased is not suitable, please contact us on the above details within 14 days and our team will give you instructions on how to return your item to the following address for our office in Tewkesbury.
