The Buy 2 Leather Straps & Save 30% promotion (“the Offer”) is provided by Geckota Limited (“the Promoter”) and applies to qualifying purchases made on the WatchGecko website (www.watchgecko.com).

2. Promotional Period

The Offer commences on 21st November 2025 at 9:00am (GMT) and will run until 27th November 2025 at 11:59pm (GMT).
Geckota Limited reserves the right to amend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Offer is open to all customers purchasing through the WatchGecko website.
3.2 To qualify for the Offer, customers must add two (2) eligible leather watch straps to their online shopping basket in a single transaction.
3.3 A 30% discount will be automatically applied at checkout to all qualifying items once the required quantity has been added.

4. Exclusions

The following products are excluded from this Offer and will not qualify towards the required quantity or discount:

Any leather watch strap not marked with the “Buy 2 Save 30%” badge

Strap accessories or bundles

Any non-leather straps

Gift cards

5. Offer Conditions

5.1 The Offer applies only to selected leather watch straps as determined by WatchGecko and identified on-site.
5.2 The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or voucher code.
5.3 The Offer is valid while stocks last. No substitutions or cash alternatives will be provided.
5.4 Prices, product selections, and availability are subject to change without notice.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 If any item purchased as part of this Offer is returned, the refund amount will reflect the price actually paid after the promotional discount.
6.2 If a return reduces the number of qualifying items below the minimum requirement (two eligible straps), the discount will be voided and the refund recalculated accordingly.

7.1 Geckota Limited reserves the right to verify the validity of qualifying purchases and disqualify any transaction that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Geckota Limited accepts no responsibility for any technical issues that may prevent participation in the Offer.
7.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Here are some steps and tips to help you troubleshoot the issue:

Double-Check the Code: Make sure you've entered the discount code correctly.

Enter Your Discount Code: On the right-hand side of the checkout page, you'll see a field labeled "Discount code" this is where you'll need to enter your discount code.

Apply the Discount: Type or paste your discount code into the field. Double-check the code to ensure it's entered correctly then click the "Apply" button.

Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been processed, we're unable to apply a discount code after the order has been confirmed.

Why? Our system is designed to process orders quickly and efficiently. This means that once you've completed the checkout process, your order is already in motion for processing. At this stage, our system locks in the details of your purchase, including the pricing, to ensure a smooth fulfillment process.
