Their recent acquirement by Rolex has not stopped Bucherer from continuing their history of collaborative timepieces. The Swiss watchmaker and retailer has announced a new partnership with the haute horlogerie masters from H. Moser & Cie to create three extremely limited models with aventurine dials and tourbillon complication.

The new limited edition collection includes a beautiful Pioneer and two unique Endeavour Concept Minute Repeater Tourbillons with deep blue aventurine dials. The material lends the timepieces more elegance and a special sparkle inspired by the stars in the nights sky.

The Bucherer Pioneer Tourbillon Concept Aventurine

The first in the collection, the Bucherer Pioneer Tourbillon Concept Aventurine watch, is based on the recently revamped Pioneer. It presents a 41.5mm wide case in 18ct rose gold and DLC polished titanium with sapphire crystal glass on the front and back and a midnight blue dial. The latter is left almost completely unadorned, marked only by two central leaf shaped, Superluminova hands in rose gold for the hours and minutes and the flying tourbillon complication at 6 o’clock. The otherwise formal watch is dressed down with a black rubber strap. It is limited to just 18 pieces and retails at EUR 75,000.

Similarly executed, but using the Bucherer Endeavour as it’s foundation, the Bucherer Endeavour Concept Minute Repeater Tourbillon Aventurine watch boasts the same sparkly blue aventurine dial, leaf-shaped hands and flying tourbillon but with H. Moser & Cie’s minute repeater proudly presented on the dial side. The pusher on the left-hand side of the 40mm 18ct rose gold case activates the hammer and begins the mechanism for the hours, quarters and minutes. This model is extremely limited with just 2 pieces being made, both presented on a dark blue alligator leather strap. It retails at EUR 381,000.

With only one piece being made, the Bucherer Endeavour Concept Minute Repeater Tourbillon Aventurine & Diamonds watch will quite rightly become one of the rarest watches in the world. It combines much of the same features as its rose gold counterpart above, but instead swaps out the case metal for 18ct white gold and adds in a total of 85 baguette-cut 4.95ct diamonds on the bezel and crown. The case is a little bigger at 43mm across, but you still have the same aventurine dial, leaf-shaped hour and minute hands, flying tourbillon at 6 o’clock and rare minute repeater mechanism. As you’ve likely guessed, this is not an affordable watch retailing at a whopping EUR 448,000.
