January 2024 will see the unveiling of Farer’s first big launch of the year – the dive compressor, reinvented.
Farer are spoiling watch fans and dive enthusiasts alike with not one but two additions to the Endeavour range. The popular black Endeavour will be joined by two new models, the Endeavour Ocean White, and the Hecla Carmine Red. These three watches are set to lead the way as Farer’s purpose-built dive watches.

The Aqua Compressor collection is already considered one of Farer’s staples and has been since its release in 2017 but over the years it has evolved and now, we will see the range reimagined once more with a greater focus on functionality.
The Aqua Compressor is remarkably light and an effortless watch to take on any adventure, weighing in at just 62g in a 41mm case built from grade 2 titanium. The top of the case is fully brushed, with the sides of the case being polished for some flair on the design front. 2.2mm double-domed sapphire crystal blends seamlessly into the cushion-shaped case with multiple internal layers of anti-reflective coating.

Born for a life under the waves with a depth rating of 300m, similarly to its predeceasing super compressors, the gaskets inside the watch will compress as water pressure increases and the watch is taken deeper underwater. Still lightweight and robust, the Aqua Compressor is the perfect dive watch to navigate any underwater abyss.

Complete with the Sellita SW200-1 movement, this 26-jewel Swiss automatic beats at a rate of 4Hz and has a power reserve to last you approximately 38 hours of adventure. The rotor features a beautifully engraved bespoke wave design, which is visible through the sapphire exhibition case back. Now with fully lumed dial and bezel, Grade X1 Super LumiNova provides the best low-light legibility yet and ensures the dial is exceptionally easy to read in all conditions.

This new release sees the continued support of Farer for the marine conservation charity the Hebridean Whale and Dolphin Trust. A portion of the profits for each sale of an Aqua Compressor model will go to the trust to help protect the fragile state of sea life through their programme of research. The charity aims to create positive change for the future survival of Scottish Hebridean marine life. Farer aims to hit their target of £50,000 in donations with the help of sales from this release.
