This version of the Venedig is part of Laco's unique Erbstück collection. Each Erbstück is artificially aged by hand to achieve a stunning vintage look that completely transforms the watch. Laco age each component individually in a painstaking and labour-intensive process, the end result of which is a watch that looks as though it's decades old. Each piece is completely unique, so you get the charm of a vintage watch combined with the quality of a modern timepiece!

Please note that as each watch is unique, it will differ from the one shown in the pictures.

The Laco Venedig offers an exceptionally clean and highly legible dial that is very easy to read. The white has been aged to a light brown, and is actually fully coated in Super-LumiNova C3 to ensure legibility in the dark. A large crown makes it easy to wind the watch and set the time, whilst the domed anti-reflective sapphire crystal will prove very resistant to scratches.

Powering the watch is the Laco 24 which uses the ETA 2824-2 Elaboré as its base movement. This is an immensely popular movement and one which is a staple of watch brands everywhere, as it’s both robust and accurate.

Why This Watch?

  • The Erbstück range is perhaps the best example of new watches that have a vintage look to them. Each watch has its own unique patina right out of the box.
  • The watch is a great larger size, with a 42mm case that’s just 12.8mm thick.
  • The fully-lumed dial is a sight to behold in the dark, and is sure to please the lume junkies out there.

Reviewing the Sinn 140 St Space Chronograph

It may be one of the lesser-known space watches, but the Sinn 140 gives the Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch a run for its money
