The NTH DevilRay Automatic Dive Watch

The NTH DevilRay is everything we have come to know and love in a hardcore dive watch. With a singular purpose in mind there is absolutely no compromise when it comes to functionality or design, and it’s quickly become a favourite that we all have our eyes on here in the office… we love a new addition to the WatchGecko collection, and this is certainly a hit.

Available in 4 different colours with design inspiration mirroring that of the 60’s and 70’s early extreme-depth diving watches. The DevilRay expertly encompasses both the rugged feel of an extreme-depth dive watch whilst maintaining all the typical features expected of this era with careful consideration bringing them into a modern world.  With each DevilRay individually tested to an impressive water resistance of 500 Mtrs (50ATM) you can be sure that your DevilRay is safe on any beach trip or you could even put it to the test and take it for a dive (I doubt many of us will be doing this!).

The hands, marker, bezel and crown are all filled with X1 Super-Luminova for exceptional visibility which is a crucial feature for any diver entering low light conditions. Furthermore, the crystal is a double-domed scratch resistant sapphire with anti-reflective coating, so you can rest assured there will be no issues with legibility here.

To power the DevilRay, NTH chose to use the reliable Seiko NH35 / NH38 automatic movement. This tried and tested calibre beats at a rate of 21,600 BPH with a 41-hour power reserve. In addition NTH have professionally regulated the movement, and it will be accurate to -10/+20 seconds a day.

The NTH DevilRay with a GMT movement

The NTH DevilRay as we know and love, just with a GMT movement. The GMT movement is brilliant due to it's simple ingenuity and adds something a little extra to an already unique watch leaving no confusion as to whether it is a.m or p.m. The NTh DevilRay is what would be known as an 'office GMT' meaning it can be set independently with an adjustable 24hr hand.

The NTH DevilRay has the ever reliable Seiko NH35 / NH34 automatic movement is accurate to -10/+20 seconds a day.
